Tasty and food, quick delivery, good friendly service. Priced right. I really liked the BYD Mac & Cheeze.

Had the best service we ever had at any of these restaurants last night. The waiter was pleasant and eager to please. Usually the servers are laissez faire, but this guy was on the ball. As always our order was slightly off, luckily in our favor this time. Got a larger size of wings than we ordered, but didn't have to pay for it. Never did get out jalapeños on the side though. We got thin crust classic pizza and wings with specially priced blue moon and angry orchard. This is almost always a last resort for us because of previously poor experiences with service, but when we're in a last minute bind searching for decent food it works.

The decor was eclectic, food was well served & not pricey. Our sampler was served to us on a metal garbage can lid, (AWESOME)and I couldn't have been any happier when I saw how much food there was! I will defiantly be there again soon;)

I absolutely love the pizza here! They also have a great variety of beer choices! This place has become a family favorite!

The food didn't suck so I give this location 3 stars. The service on the other hand was terrible. I ordered all waters, 2 appetizers and an 8" pizza. The waitress must have assumed we were not a table worth serving. All of her attention went to tables around us. We didn't even get silverware until we grabbed it from an empty table near by. We said thank you when she finally refilled our waters. She constantly ignored us. When I asked for check was the only time she seemed to care. $32 dollar check and treated like this. REALLY!

Ok well I've been coming here for about a year. Every time I have been here they have been out of something or really slow or the quality of food is mediocre at best... Wether it's were out of wings or chicken... They are constantly out of something. The management here is incompetent. How about taking an hour for a personal size pizza...

I honestly didn't get to stay long enough to make a fair assessment. The bartender on duty could've probably been more fun, but I enjoyed the patio and chatting with the bartender who had worked earlier in the day. And the sangria margarita wasn't bad. And it was even kinda pretty.

this location just SUCKS - rude, long waits, Will NEVER come to this location again. Called Corporate and advised changes needed to be made.

This tends to be my husband and I's go-to restaurant when we can't figure out what else we would rather eat. We participate in the World Beer Tour which I love because it has really expanded my taste for beer. The food options aren't that great unless you are in the mood for pizza, then it is AWESOME! Generally the draw here for us is the beer. Too bad you can only count 4 beers per day towards the tour!

We had a great waiter- very entertaining- I think his name MIGHT have been Zach. He was funny and clever and made our experience positive. We are from Chicago and the pizza just didn't really seem Chicago-style to us, but it still was good. The pepperoni pizza roll appetizer was DELICIOUS- definitely the highlight. Our friends got the grilled cheese/tomato soup sauce appetizer and everyone loved it. I really appreciate that they offer personal size pizzas at any time of day, in both thin and thick crust. That way you don't have to all decide on the same thing. My husband and I both got the Hawaiian pizza (I had the thicker crust which was pretty chewy and my husband had the thinner crust. We both liked our pizzas quite a bit. The booths were comfortable and the service was good. We had to wait extra long for some reason which was confusing since our server stopped by our table frequently so that ended up being a little stressful as we were trying to be ready to catch a flight, but overall we had a good experience and would visit again if we were in the area. Our friends who live in the area say this is the BEST location for Old Chicago!

Service was excellent! I participated in the lunch buffet and the food was fresh and plentiful. Love old C's

This is the best OCs in the springs. It's clean, not too noisy but not a library, attractive staff and great food. My type of place.

Pizza and service was excellent. I also appreciated the yelp discount for the entree!

The service was atrocious, our waitress checked in after 30 min of taking our order without a busy section because she was sitting down chatting with a table of male customers most likely because they would tip better. Upon arriving I went to the bar to grab a drink and the bartender was also conversing with someone while making eye contact with me. Seems like the professionalism is seriously lacking in this establishment. If you want good service this location is definitely not for you.

Usual crap experience. Limited menu. Wait staff that doesn't know what's going on. Brought our food out in phases. Empty dishes stacked up. Asked two separate wait staff to remove them got the head nod to do it and then never showed up. Waitress doesn't come around. It was a birthday celebration. Thanks. I'm done with old chicago. This place has out lived it's usefulness.

This restaurant used to be great. About 4 years ago I visited Chicago for a week and it had nothing on Old Chicago. Now... Since they have been bought out they are expensive and not very good.

I came to this location on August 16th. During that visit, I was charged for things I never ordered. When I pointed it out to the server he apologized for the inconvenience. He rectified it by saying I "finished" a mini tour, and would receive an item when they received them. VERY COOL of that server, and I wish I remembered his name. He took my info on a little slip of paper that I filled out, and told me they would call me when my mini tour item arrived. A few weeks later, a lady called me and told me they received my mini tour item and I could pick it up at my convenience. Being a General Manager myself in the service industry, I am a very busy person. I figured I could mention my tour item to our server on October 20th, and would pick it up then. The server (in the bar area) seemed very put out and annoyed by my question. I understand it was during Monday night football and everyone was very busy, but it shouldn't be an annoyance for her to help the guest. Finally, after bringing it up with her the second time, she told me that there were no items to be picked up. Then I asked for a manager to speak with. When the manager came over, he seemed very annoyed and quite rude about the whole situation. He told me they're only available for a limited time, and that I would've never received such a call. He took my number stating "I'll have the bar manager call you when she comes back to work. She may know about something I do not". I have yet to receive a phone call, or any sort of follow up in regards to this. The server was clearly overwhelmed, and not at all attentive. Fifteen minutes after asking for our check, we were called to be seated in the dining room with no check. The Manager told us that our existing check would be transferred to our table. Our first server kept walking out of her way to use the POS station behind our table while glaring at us. It made us feel very uncomfortable and very unwelcome. In addition, the server of our table in the dining room, was not very attentive either. In fact our friends asked "why do we always meet at Old Chicago's when we know service is going to be terrible?". This makes me think, is this really a place I want to bring my money in the future? Probably not! This is not a representation of great customer service.

I would have given these guys zero stars if possible. The service was prompt as we sat down, however it took over 10 minutes for our server to bring our drinks. This place was way too loud. We were here after midnight on a Friday and the table next to us had a young kid with them. Our food was awful, way over cooked and looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for awhile. Which wouldn't surprise me as our server was too busy talking to another table. We've had great service from the other Old Chicago's in town and will definitely not be returning to this one.

This feels like a chain restaurant, and it is. The beer selection is one of the best in town and they have great happy hour and football specials. The food is above average and service always seems above average. The food is fresh and the pizzas and wings are worth trying. My only complaint is the that nothing stands out, but at the same time I've never had a bad meal.

Still a great place, gets pretty busy around 3pm, apparently the Air Force gets paid to leave work early each day to drink at this Old Chicago. Only point of interest, changes to the menu in the last year, crispy chicken salad has gone Sainte fe style, web preferred the original.

I think this a great "30's something" bar. Kinda quiet & dark with great beer on tap & awesome food! That being said from a repeat customer who always sits at the bar for the sports games, I will say that during football season, we met up with several friends one night & needed a table. I will not credit my waitress for bad or slow service, I blame management for having their team understaffed for a big football game night. Our waitress worked her butt off, but forgot 2 out of 9 of our friend's dinners, slow drink refills/beer requests, and brought incorrect checks at the end. Watching her move about the restaurant, I was noticing that she had several responsibilities. She was not a bad waitress, she was overtasked. Bad on the manager who did this. They created a table full of pissed off patrons who will certainly find someplace else to meet next time. I was trying to get my friends to notice how busy our waitress actually was & try to get them to tip accordingly. I hope they plan their wait staff better in the future. My husband & I will continue to return for the great food, beer & sports & sit at the bar for more attentive service.

I don't know why I constantly disappoint myself with going to this place. I never have a good experience here. Just recently I picked up to go food and both the calzones I ordered weren't even cooked. The dough was still dough. So gross, this isn't the first or worst incident I have had here but I don't want to completely bash the place. I would however, never recommend this location to anyone...such a disappointment.

Food was great kitchen staff has their shit together.... Came here for a few beers and food for a late lunch early dinner..... Hillary was my server and had the worst attitude I have ever had In a restaurant.....Apparently her friends were more important then my party.... And she didn't offer us a second round of beers.... And then wanted to close us out because she wanted to go home.... Understandable but we were trying to have a good time until she ruined it for us.... I am from California and won't be back and would never tell my friends visiting the springs to visit here because she has left the worst taste in my mouth......

I wish I could say we had a great meal, but after waiting for a few minutes to be seated, we sat and waited for 10 minutes for ANYONE to acknowledge us. We got up and left. As we did, there were 3 waitpersons standing around. Never going back.

Been here many times. Food was very good as usual. Service was the worst we have ever received over all. If this was our first visit , we would not return. It is busy in here, but not busy enough to justify the poor service.

Really love the atmosphere at this place. The pizza selections were great and the food came out so fresh and hot! Family friendly, our 4 year old loved eating here and so did we.

The appetizers are good and their pizza is delicious. I've tried a panini from here and have to admit they're not very good. Not much flavor. They have a great beer selection if your into that. The have bar, booth, and table seating. It has a sports like atmosphere. Overall, I did like this place.

I've now been here twice in the past week to participate in their Halloween World Beer Tour. Sat in the bar area both times, and the service was attentive and efficient both visits. The wings and chopped salad are good, nothing special, but certainly fine for bar food. Plenty of early-dinner drinkers for my initial midweek experience, then spent almost an entire NFL Sunday there...good crowds, fun atmosphere, and the staff was quick to accommodate requests to change channels on any of the dozen or so TVs installed in the bar. They have a ton of different beers on tap with plenty of Colorado choices, plus an even greater selection of bottled beers. A pretty decent place for a few drinks with friends while watching a game. If you want culinary over-achievement, look elsewhere, but if you just want a low-key place to hang out for a few hours, then this is a good choice. Got my first t-shirt!

So this was my first time visiting. The menu had no wow factor to it. My girl and I decided not to eat but just to enjoy our drink. My son ordered the chicken strips and fries, which were pretty good. It came with 6 nice size chicken strips and fries. His order came up to $10.50 which I though was way to much. There was nothing about this place that will make me come back!

Medium Meat-me pizza, how do i love thee? Seriously, I love this pizza. I try not to indulge in pizza all that much, but there is nothing that make my little heart sing like the pepperoni, canadian bacon, sausage, andouille sausage, roasted garlic and fresh basil on chicago style crust. I don't go there for anything else. period.

One star is too much credit. I've never had such awful food and even worse service. Our waitress tried to deliver our appetizer to another table and then brought it with our meal. The meal was inedible and the server forgot parts of it though reminded multiple times. Plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area so I highly recommend anywhere else.

The wait staff sucks. On a Friday night at 9 PM with only half the restaurant full, you'd expect some quick service. Nope. Not this place. It took my friends and I 20 minutes to get a beer. This happened twice. We finally got to order at about 930 after we saw the waiter for the second time and we didn't receive our orders until about 1020. I really didn't want to stay in this place for as long as we did. Overall, I would not recommend this place as a sit down restaurant. Cleanliness was definitely an issue as well as the terrible / untimely service we received. Check your silverware before hand for stuck on food as well as your water glasses before you drink from them. Disgusting.

Morgan was great, the cook too way to long to get us the food. Otherwise, it was tasty. Cook, you need to pay attention to the orders as they arrive and not serve people out of sequence.

Go see Derrick the bartender and order yourself some Italian Nachos. They are incredible. I'm quite a big wing fan and honestly this place has the best ranch dressing and hot wings out of any other place in town. Derrick will hook you up on the weekends and ensure you're getting the right ammount of booze per drink.
